Exchange and Refund

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make necessary amendments promptly.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange or refund, you can contact us at sales@eglvf.com. If your request is accepted, we will provide you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We will notify you upon inspecting your return and a new piece will be shipped out immediately once your exchange is approved. The package will be sent to the same shipping address provided in the original order.

Refunds

We will notify you upon inspecting your return and you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method once your refund is approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges or refunds outside our 7-day return policy will not be accepted.
