How long will it take to receive my order?

For regular items:
Estimated delivery in 3 to 5 working days.

For pre-orders:
Estimated delivery in 7 to 10 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are currently dedicated to serving customers within our domestic market and have yet to expand our brand internationally. However, we are eagerly exploring ways to do so in the future. Your interest means a lot to us, and we're working diligently to make international shipping an option. Exchanges and Refunds

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations as every order is processed immediately upon payment.
